President: Dr. Paul Jhin
Dr. Paul Kyo Jhin is the CEO of the Global Initiative on Computers for Schools (GICS). This initiative is to "Provide 500,000 Computers for 10,000 Schools for 33,000,000 Students in 60 Countries." Dr. Jhin was the Director of Peace Corps' Special Initiatives, 2007-2009. In this position, Jhin was the Peace Corps' liaison to the Department of State's Inter-Agency Working Group, White House Initiative on Digital Freedom Initiative, and the United Nations Secretary-General's Office. During 2002-2007, he served as the Director of Office of Planning, Policy, and Analysis at the Peace Corps. Prior to the Peace Corps appointment, he served as the Director of the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging, Los Angeles (NAPCA, LA), and served as Commissioner of the California Postsecondary Education Commission. During 1990-1993. During 1983-1990, Dr. Jhin served as Assistant Superintendent for Educational Technology in the District of Columbia Public School system. Prior to that, he was the Director of Special Projects at the U.S. Department of Education. He was appointed to head various projects by President Gerald Ford, President Ronald Regan, President George Bush Sr. and President George Bush Jr.
Dr. Jhin's many achievements have been recognized at the international and national levels and he has numerous significant honors including "Who's Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges" and "Outstanding Young Men of America". He also received "Kukmin-Hunchang Dongpaik-Chang", highest civilian award from the Korean government. He also received the prestigious "Distinguished Service Award" from the Federal Council of Asian Pacific Americans.
Vice President: Lawrence E. Koziarz
He Served as a management consultant with the Department of Labor focusing on developing systems
for application of the Government Performance and Results Act and the President’s Management Agenda at the Women’s Bureau. Advised the Director of the Womens Bureau about Strategic Planning, Employee Performance Management and implementation of a Program Assessment Rating Tool for analysis of program effectiveness.
Directed EEOC enforcement actions of 35 associates including investigators, administrative law
judges, administrative support staff to process discrimination and harassment complaints in Arizona and Utah. Managed contracts with state to provide case management services enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws. Provided guidance and training to State Fair Employment Practices Agencies.
Mediated employment complaints of discrimination. Implemented a process of Self-directed work groups that resulted in improved case management, better union-management understanding and a Chairman’s Organizational Improvement award. Addressed employer groups on ways of limiting liability.
As Palomar College Director of Grants Development, worked with deans and administrators to determine which grants were appropriate to pursue based on extensive research of the grants and contracts that meshed with the college’s strategic plan. Successfully developed and managed grants exceeding 13 million dollars during my 18 month tenure prior to being promoted. As Assistant Director of Extended Education, developed systems for scheduling courses, assigning faculty to classrooms and reimbursing off-site facilities for use of space. Managed the evening program at 8 off-site locations, while serving as Evening Dean to facilitate smooth operations and resolve conflicts. Served on the committee to develop a five-year plan for the college.
Managed Department of Education Title III grant program, Strengthening Developing Higher Education Institutions for 22 institutions. Assisted grantee colleges develop approaches to evaluate their curriculum and management services. Monitored their planning, managing and evaluation processes for effectiveness in achieving their goals of self-sufficiency and accreditation. Created advisory committee of university presidents to assess financial viability of small colleges and to recommend programs to increase financial base, prioritize grant spending, and to attain fiscal health.
Worked with college presidents to develop action plans addressing findings.
Adapted personal presentation skills to communicate with a variety of community ethnic and service
As Development, Outreach, and Communications Officer for USAID at the Herat Consulate in Afghanistan raised the awareness of the need to present evidence based results when evaluating USAID effectiveness. Facilitated courses in strategic planning for upper level university students and English conversation for lower level university students.
As a Peace Corps Volunteer in Albania (2005-2007) worked with Non-government organizations that were interested in improving the involvement of citizens in local government, with Roma children to expand education, and with residents of an apartment house to drain water that spawned mosquitoes.
Facilitated Business English to classes focusing on strategic and action planning for 4 th year University Students.
Executive Secretary: Brayden So
Brayden So is the main operator as the Executive Secretary of e Book & e Learning.
He was a former educator and trainer for young people as he was in Asia.
He is the C.E.O. of Soben Edcucation Foundation America which is an educational company for Asian students. Moreover, he is the president of Paul Jhin Global Leadership Foundation which is to do mentoring and enhancing younger generation in the world especially in the third countries. “Vision, passion and effort will bring you opportunities some day!” he said. He wants to be a medium of the opportunities for younger generation. With new technology, he will connect people and give them advising how to be leaders in the society, furthermore Brayden pursuits to produce a Human Cycle that once a person has educational benefit and opportunity from this institute, the person joins to give benefit and opportunity to the next generation.
By this education service, African younger generations shall have vision for their future.
